  • Induction - Add to our culture. When you join us, you will complete our induction programme ensuring that you are introduced to core topics that are integral to the culture in HPRA.
  • Career Skills - Invest in you. A broad range of skill development opportunities are available to you, utilising in-house facilitation and bespoke trainers from differing industries. We use a blended approach so expect to experience eLearning modules, short videos, face-to-face workshops, and other resources.
  • Management Development - Lead and inspire. We ensure that all our managers are provided with the latest tools and techniques that are relevant to achieving our organisational mission. We provide a New Manager Training (NMT) programme for any new manager joining HPRA. Split into People’ and Operations’ skills, NMT helps you grow and achieve results within your team. We also provide more advanced development opportunities to all managers under our Management Development’ initiatives, supporting you to continuously develop and enhance your leadership capabilities.
  • Organisational Awareness and Current Affairs - Bring purpose and understanding to the work we do across the organisation. Learn about the organisation through webinars facilitated by your colleagues that outline the day-to-day role of their department or focus on interesting projects and current challenges.
  • Further Education and External Training. Take the next step in maximising your potential. HPRA provides support and funding for you to attain nationally recognised qualifications and complete externally provided courses to develop your skillset and enhance your potential.
  • Performance Development Programme. We see growth as a partnership. A two-way communication process embedded to support your performance and development needs, promoting HPRA's continuous improvement approach - learn, adapt, and improve!
