Re-use of public sector information

The HPRA supports the Re-use of Public Sector Information in line with the European Union's Open Data regulations. This allows you to reuse information we generate for purposes such as research, publication, and non-commercial activities, under certain conditions.

How to apply for re-use of information

To reuse information, submit your application to via our online contact form choosing 'Other' in the drop-down menu.

Your application should include a description of the information you wish to reuse and how you intend to use it.

You can generally reuse information free of charge under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, provided that you acknowledge HPRA as the source, reproduce the information accurately without misleading alterations, and do not use it for advertising, illegal, or fraudulent purposes.
