EU database of non-technical project summaries

Since 2021, the non-technical project summaries are published on the open access ALURES NTS EU Database. Annual statistical returns on animal use in the EU are published on the ALURES Statistical EU Database.

Education and training

The Use of live animals for scientific, educational or other purposes weblink, is hosted by the Department of Education and Skills and has been developed in cooperation with the HPRA. It provides information on the use of animals in primary and secondary schools in Ireland.
